A bit about Antoni Balmanya School…
We are a two-line public school located in the Camp de l’Arpa neighborhood of Barcelona. We have around 440 students in the second cycle of early childhood and primary education, along with 30 teachers.
What need or challenge did your institution have?
For some time, we recognized the need to improve communication with families by streamlining the process and reducing the expenses incurred by paper circulars. We’ve made significant strides in this regard and aim to involve teaching staff in the communication process. However, we’ve encountered the issue that many teachers are hesitant to use the Additio App application due to their preference for analog formats in their classroom management.
Why did you choose Additio App?
We had always worked with Additio in a paper-based notebook format, and some teachers were already using the personal management application.
How do you use Additio App in your daily routine? How does it assist you?
Some teachers use it for personal management, and at the institutional level, we utilize Edvoice for communications, payments, and authorizations. It greatly aids us in communicating with families and managing payments and authorizations.

We use the Edvoice application for messaging, stories, forms, authorizations, and payments.
