At Eurofitness edu, we are a vocational training center focused on sports-related programs. We aim to provide holistic educational training to all our students, placing a strong emphasis on values such as trust, respect, and maintaining a violence-free environment.
We currently offer a mid-level degree in Outdoor Activities and Leisure Guidance. At the higher level, we provide two specializations: Physical Conditioning and Sports Teaching and Animation.
Around 200 students are studying with us this year.
What challenges did you face before implementing the Additio App schedule generator?
We had many specific cases that made scheduling very difficult, and creating timetables manually could take us up to two months. On one hand, we have specialist teachers who are not fully dedicated to the center, which we had to take into account.
On the other hand, because these are physical activity training programs, each session required a theoretical classroom and also a practical space. So, a single session often needed to be assigned to two, three, or more locations, making scheduling much more complex.
Additionally, we share space with a sports facility, which we use for practical training. This facility has its own programming, members, and classes, making the availability of spaces and classrooms even more limited.
Finally, one of the biggest challenges is that we have several campuses, and teachers have to move between them. We needed to give them enough travel time between sessions.
Why did you choose the Additio App schedule generator?
