Creanova School is a project that stands out from other educational initiatives because it places special attention on the different developmental stages of students. Our core value is the emotional support of students, as well as support for families. Therefore, our community is made up of the teaching team, the students, and the families.
Creanova’s project is a space where each person feels unique and special, where there are no comparisons, and where we strive for excellence both in emotional and academic management.
Our educational project is based on learning by doing, which is our motto. We believe that people learn by doing.
We are a team of 28 teachers, along with other staff, who always care for the guidance and support of our students.
Why did you choose Additio App?
There were several aspects that led us to trust Additio App. One of the reasons is that Additio App also covers the academic side, with great expertise and knowledge in this field, which we were looking for and consider important.
We were also impressed by the excellent support provided by Additio App. The person who guided us through the implementation process was extremely detail-oriented and always attentive to our needs.

Which features do you use the most?
Mainly student monitoring and the entire evaluation process, including the rubrics we create for learning. This helps us avoid arbitrariness in evaluations and build a shared narrative as a teaching team when assessing a student’s progress. Moreover, Additio is our day-to-day school manager.
We also use other features, such as the schedule generator, the enrollment module, and the report and gradebook generator.
How do you rate the support provided by Additio App?
We value the support very positively, and in fact, we believe it is one of Additio App’s strengths. The support has been excellent, and the person who helped us with the implementation was very detail-oriented and considerate of our needs. Moreover, active listening to our needs has been constant.
What has been your experience with the schedule generator module?
Fantastic. Once the tool has all the information, it allows us to organize spaces, people, and subjects, even suggesting changes within the proposed schedule. It also helps us monitor teaching hours, responsibilities, and associated spaces. It has been a turning point in the school’s management.
And with the enrollment module, what has the experience been like?
Previously, enrollment was done manually, and the whole process was very costly. With Additio App we collect and unify all the information, share the required documents with families, and they themselves send us the necessary paperwork. This has been a huge improvement.
And what about your experience with reports?
Like many schools, we send out an evaluation report each trimester. With Additio App we have gained administrative agility in generating reports, and at the same time we can customize them to reflect Creanova’s essence. These reports are unique to our school and convey the information we want to share with families in a personalized way.
What results have you achieved since you started using Additio App?
We have reduced day-to-day bureaucracy, improved communication with families thanks to a single and immediate channel, and unified perspectives and criteria within the team. All this has greatly facilitated the work of the entire school.
