We are a private international school, and our main language of instruction is English, so we offer a fully immersive experience in this language. Our school is a single-line institution, and we currently have 250 students, ranging from 3 years old to the second year of Bachillerato.
Our values focus on providing personalized and individualized education for each student, ensuring they develop practical skills: public speaking, mastering more than one language, becoming self-sufficient, and fostering critical thinking.
What challenges did you face before implementing Additio App?
The main challenge we faced was that, covering so many educational stages, we had different platforms and communication tools for each stage or grade. We needed to consolidate everything into one platform and offer a unified experience to families, no matter which grade their children were in.
We also faced the challenge of working with the American curriculum, the Spanish curriculum, and the IB curriculum, which have completely different assessment systems, but somehow, they needed to be aligned.
Why did you choose Additio App?
I (the head teacher) had already used Additio App before, so I was familiar with its assessment system, which I was happy with. Thanks to this, we discovered their comprehensive solution and communication tools. Additio App adapts better to our needs, with custom adjustments to what we were looking for. This led to the creation of our personalized communication app, Gresol, which helps us build our brand image and significantly improves communication with families.

What features do you use the most?
We are thrilled with the personalized communication app, as it makes us feel much more connected with families. Similarly, the report cards have allowed us to work with all three curricula simultaneously, and tools like the CRM and invoicing help us control the process from when students enroll until we invoice the different concepts.
How do you evaluate Additio App’s support and assistance?
The support and follow-up from the team are outstanding. They are always just a video call away to help us with any doubts we might have, and they are always willing to assist us, which is fundamental for us.
How has Additio App helped you adapt to the American / IB curriculum?
With Additio App, it’s easier than ever to update the assessments for each of these curricula, upload them to Additio App, and share them with families. The team made it easy for us to find a way to work with all three curricula (American, Spanish, and IB). Being such a flexible platform, it helps us easily generate communication, grades, report cards, and student records, avoiding issues with documentation when processing homologations.
