The Additio App Enrollment Module allows you to create different online enrollment processes for your school, customizing the required information at each step and simplifying all the procedures for families and students.
In just a few clicks, you can enable the school’s online enrollment portal to display all open enrollment processes. Families and students can enroll online by completing all required information and track the progress of their application.
From the school’s end, you can view the enrolled students and manage their applications: pending, enrolled, or rejected. All the information will be centralized and organized in one place.

The latest updates to Additio App now allow storing all academic record information in one place: grade reports history, final evaluations by term/year, and official student documentation.
Financial and Administrative Management Tailored to Your Needs
Discover the Additio App Financial and Administrative Management Module—a solution to easily manage your school’s billing and all administrative tasks from one place: human resources, accounting, sales opportunities, inventory…
All of this is connected to the academic management module, allowing you to synchronize data for classes, teachers, students, and families.
You can manage everything related to CRM, projects and issues, cafeteria, extracurricular activities, human resources, inventory and online store, email marketing, and much more—all in one place!
Better Group Organization with Academic Courses
You can now configure academic courses in Additio for Schools! Creating academic courses will allow you to organize your base groups according to the academic year they are linked to. These courses can be labeled in three states: draft, active, and closed.
Better Management of Teacher Substitutions in the Timetable Generator
A great new feature in the Additio App Timetable Generator is the tag system, which helps manage all teachers’ additional hours, assisting in assigning substitutions both automatically and manually.
Remember that Additio App allows you to massively generate class groups and timetables in teachers’ accounts using the timetables created in the Timetable Generator.

And if that wasn’t enough, we still have more updates on the way, which will be available in the coming months. One of the updates already available relates to Edvoice, our communication platform. Now, students and families can view or export a receipt for payments made through the platform.
