SM and Sdui Group, a leading European EdTech company specializing in digital solutions for the education sector, have reached an agreement under which ownership of Educamos, SM’s comprehensive digital management platform for educational institutions, will be transferred to Sdui Group.

For Sdui Group, the acquisition of Educamos means expanding their market presence in Spain and Latin America by adding Educamos to their existing Spanish entity Additio App. The combination of Additio App and Educamos brings together two companies with deep knowledge of the educational market. By uniting the strengths of both platforms, the companies are committed to serve the educational community with superior and innovative products.
