Totes aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques ajuden els nens a gestionar aquest estr\u00e8s a qu\u00e8 ens veiem sotmesos i a millorar en el proc\u00e9s d&#8217;ensenyament i aprenentatge a l&#8217;aula.<\/p>\n<p>Practicar ioga a l&#8217;escola uns minuts al dia aporta als nens relaxaci\u00f3 i tranquil\u00b7litat en moments de cansament i excitaci\u00f3. Segons els experts, el ioga millora la mem\u00f2ria, l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i l&#8217;aprenentatge, alhora que fa conscients als nens de les seves pr\u00f2pies emocions.<\/p>\n<p>Les escoles veuen el ioga com una pr\u00e0ctica beneficiosa sense efectes adversos, que permet als nens parar i con\u00e8ixer el seu propi cos. Aquest fet \u00e9s especialment clau perqu\u00e8 els nens aprenen a detectar canvis en la respiraci\u00f3 i en els pensaments que els poden posar en alerta, alhora que els fa con\u00e8ixer eines que poden ajudar-los a reconduir una situaci\u00f3 estressant, com, per exemple, canviar el ritme de la seva respiraci\u00f3. Quan els nens descobreixen que ells mateixos poden guiar les seves pr\u00f2pies emocions estem davant d&#8217;una gran vict\u00f2ria, perqu\u00e8 els d\u00f3na autonomia, una compet\u00e8ncia molt important, i els fa sentir capa\u00e7os i importants.<\/p>\n<p>El ioga desenvolupa en els nens la <strong>capacitat de connectar amb la pr\u00f2pia interioritat. permetent i promovent el coneixement del m\u00f3n interior<\/strong>, mentre que l&#8217;ensenyament estimula i promou coneixements del m\u00f3n exterior.<\/p>\n<p>El ioga tamb\u00e9 permet que els alumnes m\u00e9s petits s&#8217;aturin per poder <strong>sentir, reflexionar i respirar una compet\u00e8ncia que es considera b\u00e0sica<\/strong> per trobar l&#8217;equilibri i afrontar els reptes de la vida. Els nens que practiquen ioga s\u00f3n m\u00e9s capa\u00e7os de gestionar les seves pr\u00f2pies emocions i d&#8217;associar-se m\u00e9s conscientment amb ells mateixos, amb els altres alumnes de la classe i el seu entorn, aix\u00ed com amb les adversitats que es poden anar trobant al llarg de la seva vida.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16129 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/additioapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/yoga-en-clase-1024x572.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"358\" srcset=\"https:\/\/additioapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/yoga-en-clase-1024x572.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/additioapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/yoga-en-clase-300x168.jpg 300w, https:\/\/additioapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/yoga-en-clase-768x429.jpg 768w, https:\/\/additioapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/yoga-en-clase.jpg 1120w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ajuda als nens a gestionar les seves emocions<\/strong><br \/>\nEl ioga no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s la pr\u00e0ctica d&#8217;una s\u00e8rie de postures, \u00e9s una disciplina centrada en millorar la salut de la persona en la seva totalitat.<\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>asanes<\/strong> (postures) ajuden a con\u00e8ixer el cos, estabilitzar l&#8217;esquema corporal, desenvolupar la lateralitat i perfeccionar psicomotricitat fina i gruixuda.<\/p>\n<p>Els <strong>pranayamas<\/strong> o t\u00e8cniques de respiraci\u00f3 ajuden a canalitzar les emocions i enfortir els pulmons. Utilitzem aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques per a treballar l&#8217;educaci\u00f3 emocional des de petits.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>meditaci\u00f3<\/strong> o mindfulness \u00e9s &#8220;estar present&#8221; o &#8220;ser conscient&#8221; al realitzar una activitat. L&#8217;atenci\u00f3 conscient afavoreix que siguem m\u00e9s pacients i ens allibera de l&#8217;impuls de reaccionar.<\/p>\n<p>En general, totes aquestes pr\u00e0ctiques ajuden a harmonitzar els dos hemisferis cerebrals. Segons Daniel Goleman, el qual va revolucionar el panorama de la psicologia, la pedagogia i el m\u00f3n de l&#8217;empresa amb la publicaci\u00f3 del seu \u00e8xit de vendes Intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional, l&#8217;\u00fas correcte de tots dos hemisferis activa la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Un nen que acaba la seva jornada escolar de manera relaxada pot comprendre millor tot el que ha apr\u00e8s durant el dia&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com realitzar una classe de ioga a l&#8217;aula<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9s important dedicar-los el temps suficient per con\u00e8ixer els gustos i inquietuds del grup. Tamb\u00e9 cal explicar-los qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el ioga i quin tipus de valors treballarem: incentivar la companyia, saber escoltar, no al\u00e7ar la veu si l&#8217;activitat no ho requereix i ordre i respecte cap als altres.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de retirar les sabatilles, posar les estoretes en cercle i con\u00e8ixer l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim de cada un (petita ronda), comen\u00e7arem amb les primeres asanes: postures que van sempre relacionades amb animals o amb elements de la natura, com les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<p><strong>L&#8217;arbre<\/strong>: amb la planta de el peu dret sobre el genoll esquerre i les mans juntes sobre el pit, es tracta que els alumnes sustentin l&#8217;equilibri sobre un \u00fanic suport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El gat:<\/strong> amb quatre suports a terra i les nines just a sota de les espatlles, els alumnes inspiren profundament mentre s&#8217;arquegen l&#8217;esquena, i espiren ajupint el cap i ficant l&#8217;abdomen cap a dins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La papallona<\/strong>: donant suport a les plantes dels peus una contra l&#8217;altra, s&#8217;agafen amb les mans movent els genolls de dalt a baix copiant l&#8217;aleteig d&#8217;una papallona.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes postures els ajuden a millorar el sentit de l&#8217;orientaci\u00f3, l&#8217;estabilitat, l&#8217;agilitat, la flexibilitat en les articulacions, el desenvolupament i destresa en els m\u00fasculs motors, a m\u00e9s de crear uns bons h\u00e0bits per a la salut de la columna vertebral.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, fomentem aspectes importants en el desenvolupament dels nens com l&#8217;autoestima, major reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i millor harmonia en la personalitat i car\u00e0cter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16133\" src=\"https:\/\/additioapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/yoga.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"920\" height=\"380\" srcset=\"https:\/\/additioapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/yoga.jpg 920w, https:\/\/additioapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/yoga-300x124.jpg 300w, https:\/\/additioapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/yoga-768x317.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 920px) 100vw, 920px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Classe en tres fases<\/strong><br \/>\nA les classes de ioga es fomenten tres aspectes fonamentals d&#8217;aquesta disciplina: l&#8217;energia, la concentraci\u00f3 i la relaxaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>A la primera part de la classe realitzarem diferents postures (asanes) perqu\u00e8 els alumnes puguin deixar anar tota l&#8217;energia acumulada; en la segona prestem atenci\u00f3 a la concentraci\u00f3 i en l&#8217;\u00faltima part practiquem la relaxaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la respiraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>joc<\/strong> est\u00e0 present en tota la sessi\u00f3. Les asanes amb qu\u00e8 comen\u00e7a la classe es poden fer a trav\u00e9s de diferents jocs, com un joc de cartes en el qual es mostren les postures o amb fitxes creades pel mestre\u00a0ell mateix, din\u00e0miques de grup com el &#8216;<strong>1 2 3 ioga<\/strong>&#8216; o el joc de les est\u00e0tues.<\/p>\n<p>A la segona part de la classe i per fomentar la concentraci\u00f3, es poden utilitzar jocs similars al &#8216;Memory&#8217;, que ajuda a desenvolupar la mem\u00f2ria recordant les asanes i amb el qual tamb\u00e9 es treballen les emocions. \u00c9s aquest moment \u00e9s quan es presta especial atenci\u00f3 a com se senten els alumnes amb les diferents postures, indicant-los pautes per gestionar-les.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, es procedeix a realitzar la relaxaci\u00f3 i a finalitzar la classe amb una meditaci\u00f3 individual o grupal en la qual treballen la respiraci\u00f3, fent \u00fas de diferents m\u00e8todes com el de l&#8217;globus o la respiraci\u00f3 de l&#8217;abella. En aquest moment, la sala es condiciona amb espelmes, sons de la natura i la realitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;alguns mantres. El moment final va precedit del cant de l&#8217;OM, \u200b\u200bperqu\u00e8 els alumnes es vinculin amb el moment present i l&#8217;entorn que els envolta i ens\u00a0 acomiadem,\u00a0\u00a0agraim per la pr\u00e0ctica, amb el cl\u00e0ssic &#8216;Namast\u00e9&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un cas de refer\u00e8ncia a Fran\u00e7a<\/strong><br \/>\nLa RYE (Recherche sur le Ioga dans l&#8217;\u00c9ducation) \u00e9s una associaci\u00f3 fundada per educadors a Fran\u00e7a. Va ser creada el 1978 per la doctora Micheline Flak, de l&#8217;Institut Superior de Pedagogia de Par\u00eds, i des de llavors no ha deixat de cr\u00e9ixer i expandir-se en diferents pa\u00efsos.<\/p>\n<p>Va n\u00e9ixer de la cru\u00eflla entre el ioga mil\u00b7lenari i el sistema educatiu i la seva exist\u00e8ncia respon a una demanda col\u00b7lectiva. &#8220;Crec que, juntament amb els programes governamentals d&#8217;alfabetitzaci\u00f3, necessitem un programa d&#8217;estudis per a l&#8217;alfabetitzaci\u00f3 &#8216;interna&#8217;, per tal d&#8217;ensenyar als nens a llegir el llibre del seu cos, cor i ment&#8221;, declarava la doctora Flak, que advocava per una educaci\u00f3 que contribueixi a abordar l&#8217;aprenentatge i la vida de manera hol\u00edstic. &#8220;El rebuig i desmotivaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s ineluctable a l&#8217;escola&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Els membres de la RYE rebaten als que desconfien o creuen que aquestes t\u00e8cniques s\u00f3n un temps robat a la disciplina o la mem\u00f2ria, per exemple.
